tears of silence, tears of pain, tears of fear am i going insane, why cant they see what's wrong, it is very clear, they say be happy but i cannot be here, for this prison i am in is home to those who are dear but they are who i truly fear for i do not share there dream because it is my nightmare but i have no escape for my eyes grow tired but i do not wish to sleep, it is not terror that haunts me in my dreams but happiness that makes me weep for the things i see i can never keep, as i wake from my slumber that is so very deep, i dry my eyes thinking of the things i saw haunting me for it will never be as they are in a place so very far away
